Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar tools, such as tags and pixels, do the same kind of job. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
Essential cookies. Our website host (Webflow) uses these to run the site securely, such as remembering form and security settings. The site needs them to work.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view, how they arrived and roughly where they are (city level). It helps us improve the site. We don't use it to identify you personally.
Advertising measurement. We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries, such as a form submission or a booked call. Google may also use this data to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
Google sets the analytics and advertising cookies under its own policies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Some cookies are also set by services we rely on, such as our website host and any embedded scheduling or video content. Those providers set cookies under their own policies, and we have limited control over them.
Every major browser lets you see what cookies are stored, delete them, and block them entirely or per site. Look under Settings, then Privacy. You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which discards cookies when you close it. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, use Google's opt-out browser add-on. To control the ads Google shows you, use Google's My Ad Center.
There is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track signals, and we don't currently respond to them. You can still use the controls in section 4.
We update this policy whenever we add or remove a tool that sets cookies. The date at the top shows the current version.
