This policy sets out what you may and may not do when using this website and any service or system we provide. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Use this site lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not interfere with anyone else's use of it. If something you are about to do would be unreasonable to explain to us afterwards, it probably falls foul of this policy.
Break the law. Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation.
Infringe rights. Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of this site's content, design, code, or written material without our written permission, or upload material that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Attack or probe the site. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system; scan or test its vulnerability; circumvent authentication; or interfere with its normal operation by any means, including denial-of-service attempts.
Introduce malicious code. Transmit any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
Scrape or harvest. Use automated systems including bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data or content, except for well-behaved search engine indexing that respects our robots directives.
Misuse our contact channels. Send unsolicited commercial messages, chain communications, or spam through our forms or email addresses, or submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
Post harmful content. Submit anything defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, hateful, or likely to cause distress.
Misrepresent the relationship. Frame or mirror the site, or use our name, logo, or trademarks in a way that suggests an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
If we grant you access to a staging environment, content management system, or other system in the course of an engagement, that access is for the intended purpose only. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, for the activity of anyone you give access to, and for telling us promptly if you suspect a compromise.
We may investigate suspected breaches, and where a breach occurs we may withdraw your access, remove offending material, disclose relevant information to law enforcement, and pursue legal action. We will act proportionately and, where circumstances allow, will contact you first.
If you find a security vulnerability, or see this policy being breached, please tell us at contact@mostertdigital.com rather than exploiting or publicising it. We will respond and will not pursue action against good-faith security research reported to us privately.
We may update this policy. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
